It all began in 2002.
Alarmed by the generally poor customer service levels in the
plumbing industry, we began researching the causes of all this
and what could be done to change it.
Research clearly indicated two main causes of dissatisfaction
among the general public: punctuality, and transparency. In other
words, turn up when you’ve said you’ll turn up, no
jargon, no tricks.
Just plumbing as it should be.
