It all began in 2002.
Alarmed by the generally poor customer service levels in the plumbing industry, we began researching the causes of all this and what could be done to change it.
Research clearly indicated two main causes of dissatisfaction among the general public: punctuality, and transparency. In other words, turn up when you’ve said you’ll turn up, no jargon, no tricks.
Just plumbing as it should be.
Without costing the earth.
Sadly, bad practice is still going on. For example, we recently came across an elderly and vulnerable man in Grove who was about to be charged £10,000 to have a shower installed. Luckily we were able to get his deposit returned and install a shower for a fraction of that price.
